1Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal.
Under Article 103(m) of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios) and applicable EU consumer rules, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts on the supply of digital services if performance has already begun and the customer has expressly agreed that Mioscoupon may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires.
2When the right of withdrawal ends
Because coupons and deals are published immediately after booking and payment, any right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun.
Important note:
The digital service (publication of coupons) begins immediately after booking. Withdrawal is therefore not possible because the service has already been provided.
3Note for non-consumers
Mioscoupon is aimed exclusively at businesses, traders and persons acting in a self-employed or commercial capacity. For these customers there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal anyway.
